COSTA RICA TOURISM
VOL. 2 MORE THINGS TO DO!!!
For a tiny country, Costa Rica tourism activities are pretty amazing in their diversity. So much so that I devoted an entire section called "Things to Do." But, you know what? There are way too many fun things for that section so here are "MORE THINGS TO DO" when you travel Costa Rica. And, by all means, check out Vol. 1 "Things to Do" and Vol. 3 "Even More To Do" with the Navigation Button to the left.

Costa Rica Diving

Once, while diving among pretty little fish in crystal clear waters along the edge of a drop-off, a giant sea turtle suddenly came out of the black depths, swam around a bit, and silently returned.I'll never forget it. Neither will you on your Costa Rica vacation. Crystal clear tropical waters. Coral and fish of every color. Sometimes thousands of them. Little ones and really big ones. And sometimes even a surprise from the deep. Costa Rica tourism offers something for everybody. Whether you're an experienced diver or want to learn, try unforgettable

Caving In Costa Rica

Caving has recently become an activity of Costa Rica tourism. Indeed, it's still in its infancy. Though there are some 234 caves discovered in this little country (most within the last few decades), only a handful have been explored. But, if you'd like to be one of the few people to visit caverns in Costa Rica, the best places are Barra Honda National Park on the Nicoya Peninsula and Cavernas Venado close to Arenal Volcano. 60,000,000 years ago, what is now Barra Honda National Park was part of a coral reef underneath the Pacific ocean. Over millenia, tectonic activity has raised it hundreds of feet out of the water and today there are dozens of beautiful caverns in this park. Want to see more about
